The next Corri La Vita event is set for September 28, 2025, marking another anticipated celebration of community and solidarity in Tuscany. As we await official updates on this year’s edition, we’re providing a look back at the highlights and details from last year’s event below. Stay tuned for more information as it becomes available.

Run or Walk: Two Options in CORRI LA VITA 2024

With a stunning historical backdrop, participants in CORRI LA VITA 2024 can choose between two routes: an 11 km course for the more athletic runners and a 6 km route, perfect for those who prefer to explore the city’s cultural riches along the way.

The journey begins at the iconic Parco delle Cascine and culminates at the magnificent Loggia dei Lanzi, in the heart of Piazza della Signoria.

Health and Wellness at the “Villaggio della Salute”

During the weekend of September 27-29, 2024, Piazza della Repubblica will be transformed into the “Villaggio della Salute.”

This space will be dedicated to wellness and prevention, offering activities such as free mammogram screenings in the ISPRO mobile unit, fitness and Pilates classes, consultations with nutritionists and sports doctors, and the opportunity to collect the coveted CORRI LA VITA t-shirts designed by Ferragamo, which this year come in Green Forest and fully bio-compostable packaging.

Culture and Art: Free Access to Florence’s Treasures

Participating in CORRI LA VITA is not only an opportunity to contribute to a noble cause but also to experience Florentine culture in a unique way.

During the event, participants will have free access to some of the city’s most emblematic museums and monuments, such as Palazzo Strozzi with the exhibition “Helen Frankenthaler: Painting Without Rules,” Museo Ferragamo, and the Complesso di Santa Croce, among others.

It’s a must-see chance to delve into Florence’s rich history and art while supporting the fight against breast cancer.

A Statue, A Symbol: The 2024 Testimonial

This year, the image of CORRI LA VITA will be represented by the newly restored equestrian statue of Cosimo I, sculpted by Giambologna, located in Piazza della Signoria.

In a symbolic fusion of history and solidarity, the statue will wear the event’s dark green t-shirt, further highlighting the importance of uniting culture and social causes.

Since its inception, CORRI LA VITA has been dedicated to supporting concrete projects for the prevention and treatment of breast cancer. In 2024, in collaboration with Senonetwork, the national network of Breast Centers, the event strengthens its commitment to investing in essential care for women facing this battle.
