The Aim of Radicondoli’s Campaign

The Comune di Radicondoli has launched an innovative movement to revitalize its local communities and attract new residents.

The goal is to encourage the active population to settle in Radicondoli, maintaining residence for a minimum of four years.

With a total allocation of €30,000, the program covers part of the rental costs to help in the resettlement of the active population.

Move to Radicondoli – How to Receive €200 per Month for Rent

The town of Radicondoli promises a cost assistance of €200 per month for rent payment.

Adopted in response to the deliberation of the Giunta Comunale n° 137 of 21/12/2022 and the Determination of the Settore Affari Generali n° 148 of 15/03/2024, the program offers financial contribution to new residents who move into rentals within the communal territory.

Who Can Benefit?

This program is open to individuals from each family unit who meet specific criteria, including Italian citizens, citizens of the European Union, or those from countries outside the EU with a valid residence visa.

Eligible candidates must not have been residents of Radicondoli as of the 28th of February, 2023, or if they were, must not have had a residence permit for more than two months before that date.

In addition, the incentive is extended to young people under 35 interested in forming a new family unit in the region.

How Does the Incentive Work?

Beneficiaries will receive 50% of the monthly rent value, up to a maximum of €200 per month, for up to 24 months.

This means the total financial support can reach €4,800, offering significant help for new residents during the transition phase.

Important Requirements

Applicants must have a registered lease agreement, initiated after March 1st, 2023, and commit to maintaining their residence in Radicondoli for at least four years.

Additionally, they cannot be recipients of other public housing support.

Interested parties must submit their application directly to the Comune di Radicondoli, following the model provided in the contest.

Required documents include a copy of the lease agreement, valid identity document, and, for non-EU citizens, a valid permesso di soggiorno.
