The Teatro del Silenzio has hosted many international artists, but this will be the first time Matteo, alone, will command an entire evening of music. The young singer is extremely excited about the opportunity and promises a performance that will leave everyone present moved.

“The Teatro del Silenzio started as a concert that my father held in his hometown, but over the years it has become much more. It has transformed into a week that celebrates universal love for music and acknowledges the support my father has received throughout his career, giving him the opportunity to showcase the beauty of his origins and the journey of his career. After participating in this event for the last 19 years, I am always amazed by the love and support that come from all over the world to our small town. Next year is particularly significant, as it will mark the 20th anniversary of the Teatro del Silenzio. And not only that: it will also be the first time I will have an entire day to myself for a solo concert. I am honored and very happy to announce my concert at the Teatro del Silenzio, this July 2025. I can’t wait to see all of you there!” – commented Matteo.

Matteo Bocelli’s Career Trajectory

Born on October 8, 1997, in Forte dei Marmi, Matteo Bocelli grew up immersed in an artistic environment. The son of Andrea Bocelli and Enrica Cenzatti, he showed talent and passion for music from an early age. With a voice that inherited the velvety timbre of his father, Matteo followed in his footsteps but soon carved his own path in the musical world.

At the age of 21, he signed with the prestigious Capitol Records, releasing the duet “Fall on Me” with Andrea Bocelli in 2018, which was part of the soundtrack for Disney’s movie “The Nutcracker and the Four Realms.” His performance at the Sanremo Festival solidified his position as one of the promising talents of Italian music.

In 2023, he released his first solo album, “Matteo,” which includes hits like “For You” and “I’m Here.”

One of my favorite songs by Matteo Bocelli was written by Ed Sheeran and his brother. It’s called “Chasing Stars” and was released in July 2023.

His most recent release is “If I Knew” with Sofia Carson.
